No white-label platforms, no outsourced core systems. Our execution engine, risk infrastructure, and client terminal were built from scratch by this team.
Our headquarters is in Canary Wharf, London, and we maintain a small in-office core team there. Most roles are open to remote candidates globally.
We move fast, but we're building financial infrastructure — precision and auditability come first. We'd rather ship something correct a day later.

How We Hire
A focused process, typically completed within two to three weeks. No unnecessary rounds.
We review every application personally. If there's a fit, we'll respond within 5 business days — no automated rejections.
A 30-minute conversation with the hiring manager to talk through your background and the role, and answer any questions you have.
A role-specific exercise that reflects real work you'd do here — never a generic puzzle. Paid for take-home assignments beyond a couple of hours.
Meet the people you'd work with directly. We care as much about how you think as what you already know.
If it's a match on both sides, we move quickly. References are checked and an offer typically follows within a few days.
