Two-Factor Authentication Is Now Required for Withdrawals

A security update rolling out this month strengthens withdrawal protection across all account tiers by requiring two-factor authentication (2FA) confirmation on every withdrawal request, regardless of amount or account history.

What Changes for You

If you haven't already enabled 2FA on your account, you'll be prompted to set it up the next time you initiate a withdrawal — the request won't be able to proceed without it. If 2FA is already active on your account, this simply extends its use to cover withdrawal confirmation specifically, alongside its existing use for login.

Setting Up 2FA (If You Haven't Already)

  • Navigate to Account Settings → Security in your dashboard
  • Choose an authenticator app (recommended) or SMS-based verification
  • Follow the on-screen setup steps and store your backup codes somewhere secure
  • Confirm the setup with a test code before your next withdrawal request

"This is a small extra step at withdrawal time in exchange for meaningfully reducing the risk of unauthorized account access resulting in fund loss."

This change applies across every account tier with no exceptions for account age or trading history. If you run into any issues completing 2FA setup, our Support team can walk you through it directly.
